Survey/ Valuation:- A survey inspection will be carried out on behalf of the intending buyer, or lender, certain repairs may be highlighted that place a value on the property which is different to the agreed asking price. This may result in further negotiations over the final price to be paid.

We can supply EPC from £65.00 and the full Conveyancing for £400.00 (+ VAT) Fixed. You will need to be referred through ourselves as this is a special rate we have agreed.
